Registration

Registration is required for entry. Included with registration will be a door prize ticket, gift bag, and commemorative name tag for the event. Registration fees provide for door prizes and cost of the venue.

Medical disclaimer:  Commemorative name tags will come with a magnetic clasp.  If you have a pacemaker, please notify us at music.city.ptg@gmail.com with that information and your order number so we can make sure that an exception is made for your safety.
